Responsibilities

- Draft and review global commercial agreements including customer, vendor, employment, consultancy, NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs.




- Support contract negotiations by reviewing terms, preparing mark-ups, and identifying key risks and deviations.
- Ensure contracts are aligned with applicable laws, internal policies, and approved contractual standards.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (sales, procurement, HR, finance, delivery teams) on contract-related matters.
- Assist with contract lifecycle activities such as execution, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
- Coordinate with external counsel on jurisdiction-specific or specialised matters, as required.
- Maintain contract records, trackers, and related documentation.
