Role & responsibilities:

Branch Relationship Officer - As a part of the branch banking team, Branch Relationship Officers (BROs) are responsible for providing financial solutions to customer by offering banks products, providing service to existing and New To bank customers in the branch and adding new customers through referral generation activities and customer visits.

Business Development Associate (CASA & Corporate Salary) - Officer Sales are a part of the Bank's front-line sales force whose primary responsibility is to get current customers (B2B & B2C) for the bank and explore new business opportunities.



Officer Sales are responsible for selling banking and investment products and services to customers based on their needs. They are also responsible for handling customer queries to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a pure sales job involves daily customer reach-outs & travelling.

Preferred candidate profile

Branch Relationship Officer - Graduate with minimum 2+ years of experience in NBFC / Banking.

Business Development Associate (CASA & Corporate Salary) - Graduate with 0 to 2 years of experience.
