Sunlane Cleantech is building the digital backbone for residential solar and energy management helping customers transition to clean energy through products that are simple, reliable, and genuinely useful. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own our product portfolio end to end. You'll report directly to our CPO/co-founder. Every product we build, whether a customer uses it or an employee does, gets the same bar for quality and thoughtfulness this role treats them that way.

Role Description

Sunlane is now looking for Site Supervisors in Ernakulam (Angamaly, Perumbavoor, Muvattupuzha, Thodupuzha areas). This is a full-time on-site role. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring end to end completion of residential/commercial PV projects.

- Site Surveys: Visit customer locations to survey the roof and house to determine feasibility & design of the PV system.
- Customer Success: Enable proper communication with customers to ensure that the customer is aware of the project status, next step, payment milestones etc. Handle all document collection & filing related to the project including KSEB / MNRE, Loan documents etc.
- Installation:



Manage a team of installers and ensure proper allocation of resources for project installation, day to day tracking of project completion status and remove any bottlenecks that come up during installation
- Troubleshooting & Service: Handle post installation technical queries of the customer related to power production, maintenance and service.
- Reviews and referrals: Maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service, and tracking the referrals generated through the project teams.

Qualifications

- Educational requirement: Diploma or Graduation in any discipline
- Prior experience in solar industry
- Excellent communication and consultative sales skills.
- Self-motivated, Go-getter
- Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding workplace

Preferred Qualifications:

- Degree or diploma holder in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field (renewable energy)
