Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.





Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the coordination of development efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PostgreSQL.

Strong experience in backend and frontend development technologies relevant to full stack engineering.

Ability to design and optimize database schemas and queries for performance and scalability.

Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and deployment strategies.

Experience working within agile development environments and utilizing version control systems.

Competence in troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancing existing software solutions.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in PostgreSQL.

This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.

A 15 years full time education is required.
