Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with solid UI/UX design skills to build an enterprise-grade AI Recruitment Platform. The ideal candidate should have expertise in designing intuitive user experiences and developing scalable web applications, REST APIs, authentication systems, dashboards, and third-party integrations.

The developer will work closely with AI Engineers and DevOps Engineers to build a modern recruitment platform that includes AI-powered resume parsing, candidate management, interview automation, job matching, analytics, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

- Design modern, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces for Recruiters, Candidates, Clients, and Administrators.
- Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes before development.
- Ensure a consistent design system across the application.
- Focus on usability, accessibility, and responsive design for desktop and mobile devices.
- Conduct UI improvements based on user feedback and usability testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.

Frontend Development
- Develop responsive web applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Convert UI/UX designs into reusable and maintainable frontend components.
- Implement responsive layouts using Tailwind CSS or Material UI.
- Optimise frontend performance and user experience.





Backend Development
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Node.js and NestJS/Express.js.
- Build Candidate, Recruiter, Admin, and Client portals.
- Develop ATS (Applicant Tracking System) modules.
- Build Resume Upload and Candidate Management features.
- Develop AI Job Matching workflows.
- Integrate AI APIs for resume analysis, interview summaries, and content generation.
- Implement secure authentication using JWT and OAuth.
- Integrate Gmail, Outlook, Calendar, notification services, and third-party APIs.
- Build recruiter dashboards, reports, and analytics.
- Develop RESTful APIs and maintain API documentation.
- Collaborate with AI and DevOps teams for deployment and scaling.
- Write unit tests and ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
