HealthDock is building India’s next-generation Electronic Medical Records system, and we’re looking for passionate coders or developers who share our passion for healthtech with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join us.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing code, understanding real-world user problems, and building software that directly helps doctors, clinics, and healthcare teams.

Technology You’ll Work On:

- Frontend: React 18, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Zustand, TanStack Query
- Backend: Node.js, Fastify, PostgreSQL, Prisma ORM, Redis

Role You Are Expected to Fill

- Database Migration: Assist with migration from MySQL and other existing databases
- Product Implementation: Support new client setup, configuration, testing, and rollout
- Client Onboarding Support:



Participate in onboarding calls, understand basic workflow requirements, and coordinate with the internal team for execution
- Requirement Clarification: Help translate client inputs into clear technical tasks under the guidance of the product or implementation lead
- Build real healthcare technology solving real problems for doctors and clinics

Ideal Candidate:

- B.Tech in CSE / IT / ECE
- Minimum 2 years of coding experience
- Solid fundamentals in RDBMS and JavaScript / TypeScript
- Experience with React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
- Comfortable learning healthcare workflows and working with real client use cases
- Good communication skills for internal coordination and basic client discussions
- Eager to learn, take ownership, and ship code fast

Location: Kolkatta [Initially], Later Hybrid Work mode: Remote-friendly, with flexibility as per project and client requirements
