Role & responsibilities;

Project Execution & Delivery

- Lead multiple construction projects in line with approved drawings, budgets, timelines, and company SOPs.
- Ensure high-quality execution while maintaining safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Resolve site challenges proactively and provide technical guidance for smooth project delivery.
- Oversee Marketing Offices and Sample Apartments (MOSA) for timely project launches.
- Mitigate project risks and coordinate with civic authorities and stakeholders to address local issues.

Cost & Value Management

- Drive cost optimization and value engineering initiatives without compromising quality.
- Monitor budgets, cost performance, and alignment with AOP and long-range business plans.

Process & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to construction processes, timelines, safety, and quality standards.
- Conduct audits and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and agility.

Leadership & Coordination

- Mentor and support site teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders for effective execution.
- Promote innovation, accountability,



and continuous improvement within the team.

Monitoring & Stakeholder Management

- Track project progress using tools such as MS Project, ASTA, and SAP.
- Maintain project documentation, change controls, and regular management reporting.
- Manage contractors, vendors, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless project execution.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: BE/B. Tech in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

- 18+ years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects, including expertise in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to oversee a cluster of projects totaling 3-4.5 million square feet.
- Must have managed and successfully 300 m high rise residential project

Skills:

- Proficiency in construction and project management tools like MS Project and SAP.
- Deep understanding of construction technologies, materials, and regulatory compliance.
- Expertise in cost optimization, value engineering, and risk mitigation.
- Solid leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management abilities.
