Job Title: Graphic Designer (eLearning)

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually engaging learning experiences that enhance knowledge retention and learner engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of graphic design principles, digital learning environments, branding, visual storytelling, and character-based learning design.

You will collaborate closely with Instructional Designers, Project Managers, and Content Developers to create high-quality learning assets for corporate training, compliance programs, leadership development, and digital learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design engaging visual assets for eLearning courses, including illustrations, infographics, icons, diagrams, and interactive elements.
- Create layouts and visual concepts that align with instructional design strategies and learning objectives.
- Design custom 2D and 3D characters, avatars, and scenario-based visual elements to support storytelling and learner engagement.
- Develop and animate learning content using Microsoft PowerPoint, including motion effects, transitions, and interactive presentations.
- Create graphics for instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), presentations, job aids, learner guides, and digital marketing collateral.
- Maintain visual consistency across projects while adhering to brand guidelines and client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex concepts into clear and compelling visual communications.
- Participate in creative reviews and incorporate stakeholder feedback efficiently.
- Support the development of templates, style guides, and reusable design assets.




- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting quality standards and deadlines.

Required Qualifications

- 3 - 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within eLearning, training, digital learning, or corporate communications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, layout, typography, character design, and digital content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator).
- Strong working knowledge of motion graphics, animation, or video editing tools such as Adobe Animate, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender, Vyond, or similar software.
- Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, including advanced slide design and animation techniques.
- Experience creating 2D illustrations and character-based visual assets.
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals, color theory, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for digital platforms and responsive environments.
- Ability to interpret instructional content and convert it into effective visual learning assets.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
- Experience creating or working with 3D characters and visual assets.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and learner-centered design approaches.
- Experience working in corporate learning, training, or educational technology environments.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Knowledge of AI-powered design, illustration, image generation, video creation, and productivity tools is an added advantage.
