Role Description We are seeking a Frontend Developer with 2–4 years of experience who is passionate about creating fast, intuitive, and visually engaging web applications. As a Frontend Developer at XALT, you will work closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Backend Engineers to build high-performance, responsive, and scalable applications that deliver an exceptional investing experience across devices. Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

Develop responsive, high-performance web applications using Next.js, React.js, and TypeScript.

Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components.

Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready interfaces.

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. User Experience

Deliver smooth, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement modern design systems.

Improve usability, accessibility, and overall customer experience.

Build interactive dashboards, portfolio views, and data visualization interfaces.

Performance

Optimization

Optimize page load speed and Core Web Vitals.





Implement lazy loading, code splitting, and efficient state management.

Improve rendering performance and application responsiveness.

Identify and resolve UI performance bottlenecks. API Integration

Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs.

Handle authentication, authorization, and secure user sessions.

Manage asynchronous data fetching and error handling.

Work closely with backend teams to ensure seamless API integration. Code Quality

Write clean, modular, and reusable code.

Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Maintain high coding standards and comprehensive documentation.

Write unit and component tests where applicable.
