Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Blue Yonder Functional Lead to drive end-to-end solution delivery across retail and supply chain transformation programs. The ideal candidate will act as a Functional SME, lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure successful project execution aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Functional Leadership & Delivery :

- Serve as the Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Blue Yonder modules including :

Merchandising

Operations

- Fulfill

3.

Luminate

Allocation

- Lead incident management and problem management discussions.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, process mapping, and functional design workshops.
- Gather and translate business requirements into scalable solution designs.
- Drive solution validation, testing support, and deployment readiness.

Team Leadership & Delivery Management :

- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams comprising functional and technical consultants.
- Manage resource planning, task allocation, and delivery tracking.
- Coordinate effectively across onshore-offshore teams and external vendors.
- Promote knowledge sharing, team capability development, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with delivery governance standards, SLAs, and KPIs.





Stakeholder & Program Management :

- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and project status reviews.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations.
- Ensure solution delivery aligns with business goals and supply chain strategy.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.

Required Skills &

Experience :

- Strong functional expertise in Blue Yonder solutions, particularly Merchandising Operations, Fulfill, and Luminate Allocation.
- Experience leading large-scale implementation, support, or transformation programs.
- Solid understanding of retail and supply chain processes.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and client-facing engagements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing distributed teams across multiple geographies.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Relevant Blue Yonder certifications.
- Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
- Exposure to retail merchandising, inventory management, and fulfillment operations.
