Role Description The Front Desk Receptionist role is a full-time, on-site position based at Minerva Coffee Shop in Bengaluru. This role involves greeting guests, managing reservations or waiting lists, and providing information about menu items and services.

The Front Desk

Receptionist will handle phone calls, address customer inquiries, and coordinate with serving staff to ensure smooth guest flow. Daily tasks include basic clerical work such as maintaining records, handling billing queries,

Qualifications
