We are looking for a proactive and professional Front Desk Executive to manage the front office and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and have hands-on experience in attendance management, event coordination, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist visitors, candidates and employees with a professional approach.

- Manage incoming calls, emails, and front desk operations.

- Maintain employee attendance records and coordinate with HR as required.

- Plan and coordinate internal events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.

- Handle vendor coordination, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure timely service delivery.

- Support the administration team with day-to-day office operations.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced corporate setting.

- Experience in attendance management, event planning, and vendor management.

- Proactive attitude with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- 1–3 years of experience in a Front Desk, Administration, or Reception role.

- Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
