Role Description This full-time, on-site Fresh Diploma / Graduate Trainee role is based at Metalsa’s facility in Jamshedpur. The trainee will support production, quality, and engineering teams by learning core manufacturing processes for vehicle structural components. Daily activities may include monitoring production lines, assisting in data collection and analysis, participating in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives, and following safety and quality standards.

The role involves working closely with experienced professionals, attending training sessions,



and rotating through different departments to gain a broad understanding of operations. The trainee is expected to contribute to team projects, maintain accurate documentation, and build the skills needed for future technical or supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications Candidates should possess foundational technical skills in mechanical, electrical, automotive, production, or manufacturing engineering, supported by a diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Candidates should possess basic analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, understand processes, and support continuous improvement activities.

Candidates should possess communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively on the shop floor and in cross-functional project teams.

Candidates should possess an understanding of, or willingness to learn, safety, quality, and lean manufacturing practices applicable in an automotive or industrial setting.

Candidates should possess adaptability and a learning mindset, with openness to structured training, rotational assignments, and working in a fast-paced production setting.

Beneficial qualifications include familiarity with basic engineering tools or CAD software, exposure to industrial internships or projects, and interest in automotive or commercial vehicle manufacturing.

Location- Jamshedpur Monthly Stipend will be provided.
