Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons to students of varying proficiency levels, ensuring effective learning outcomes.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve their performance.
- Develop and maintain a positive classroom environment that fosters active participation, respect for peers, and individual growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design curriculum materials, assess program effectiveness, and implement improvements.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
Desired Candidate Profile
- B1 level fluency in French language (written & spoken).
- 1-6 years of teaching experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of French teaching methodologies (e.g., CLIL) and pedagogical practices.
- Ability to adapt instructional strategies according to changing educational needs.
