Responsibilities

- Review our brand name, and trademark eligibility.
- Conduct a comprehensive trademark availability search.
- Advise on the appropriate trademark class(es).
- Prepare and file the trademark application with the Indian Trademark Registry.
- Ensure all required documents are correctly prepared and submitted.
- Respond to any initial examination queries, if applicable.
- Provide updates throughout the filing process until the application is successfully filed.

Requirements
- Proven experience filing trademarks in India.
- Positive understanding of the Indian Trade Marks Act and filing procedures.
- Experience with IP protection for startups, technology companies, or consumer brands is preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly and provide timelines.
- Registered Trademark Agent or IP Attorney is preferred but not mandatory.

Deliverables
- Trademark search report.
- Filing strategy and recommended class(es).
- Successfully filed trademark application.
- Application acknowledgement and filing details.
- Guidance on the next stages of the registration process.
