About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Senior Media Buyer to manage and scale our Meta and Google Ads campaigns. We run performance-driven campaigns for live webinars, paid Numerology Reports and premium training programs , with a monthly advertising spend of approximately ₹50 lakhs .

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation and sales.
- Scale campaigns while maintaining efficient CPL, CAC, and ROAS.
- Conduct continuous A/B testing of creatives, audiences, ad copies, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Manage tracking and attribution using Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM, and Conversion API.
- Work closely with our creative and marketing teams to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Share weekly performance reports and growth recommendations.

Requirements

- 3–6 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience.
- Mandatory experience in EdTech, coaching, webinar-based businesses,



or the occult/spirituality industry.
- Proven experience managing ₹30L+ monthly advertising budgets.
- Solid expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Experience scaling webinar, lead generation, and high-ticket sales campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to continuously learn, test, and adapt to changing platform trends.

Preferred

- Experience with YouTube Ads.
- Experience with landing page and funnel optimization.
- Familiarity with CRM integrations and marketing automation tools.
- Experience working with coaches, trainers, consultants, or education brands.
