Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with hospitals and healthcare organizations across India.
- Generate new business through LinkedIn, Google Maps, Justdial, emails, calls, and networking.
- Build relationships with HR Managers, Hospital Administrators, and decision-makers.
- Understand client hiring requirements and introduce our recruitment services.
- Schedule meetings and convert prospects into active clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and long-term client relationships.




- Update daily activity and lead status.

Who Can Apply?
- Experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Recruitment, HR, Healthcare Sales, Pharma Sales, or Client Acquisition is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are also welcome.
