Title: Founding Full-Stack Engineer / Tech Lead (Web & DevOps) Location: Remote (India) Commitment: Full-time / Core Team About 0110 Design: We are building the definitive digital marketplace platform connecting visionary clients with the right architects for their next major projects. We are currently in stealth mode, bootstrapping our way to an official launch, and looking for a core technical partner to own our architecture.

The Role: As our Founding Engineer, you will own the entire technical landscape. You will oversee systems architecture, production hosting, and database management, while guiding our technical staff and actively committing code across both our Next.js frontend and FastAPI backend. What You’ll Do:

Own the end-to-end technical architecture, containerization, and production deployment pipeline.

Maintain and scale our production stack: Next.js 16, FastAPI, PostgreSQL 16, Redis, and Nginx.





Set up and manage object storage transitions (MinIO local environment migrating to AWS S3 / Cloudflare R2).

Lead weekly scrum meetings, review code architecture, and establish robust database schema migrations.

Technical

Requirements

2+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.

Frontend: Solid proficiency in Next.js 16, React 18, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.

Backend: Experience building production-ready asynchronous APIs using Python 3.12, FastAPI, and SQLModel/SQLAlchemy.

DevOps/Infra: Hands-on experience with Docker Compose, Nginx, Redis caching, and PostgreSQL database management.

A founder's mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, highly autonomous, and driven by complete product ownership.

Compensation: Foundational Equity split + Deferred Salary (Commencing post-funding / 1 year)
