Role Overview

Role: Founder’s Office Analyst – Business Development & Retail Growth

Location: Goregaon Office, Mumbai

Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Weekly Off: Monday)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (60% travel to clients, 20% work from office, 20% work from home)

Key Requirement: Extensive travel across Mumbai is a core requirement of this role.

About the Role The candidate will work directly with the founders to drive B2B sales and offline retail growth. The role combines client acquisition, sales strategy, commercial negotiations, retail management, and on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire and manage clients across restaurants, cafés, hotels, QSR chains, corporate gifting, and institutional sales.

Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and meetings to proposals, negotiations,



and order closure.

Work on marquee accounts such as McDonald’s and Blue Tokai.

Manage offline retail sales across Pepperfry, HomeTown, Nature’s Basket, and Food Square stores.

Visit partner stores regularly to monitor sales, inventory, merchandising, product visibility, and promotions.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and identify new growth opportunities.

Compensation

First Six Months: Fixed CTC: INR 3.0 LPA | Sales Commission: 5% on all successfully closed orders (no upper limit)

From Seventh Month Onwards: Fixed CTC: INR 5.0 LPA | Sales Commission: 3% on all successfully closed orders (no upper limit)

Eligibility Criteria

Only candidates who have completed a bachelor’s degree are eligible.

Note: MBA holders and candidates with any other postgraduate qualification will not be considered.

Candidates must be comfortable with sales targets, extensive travel across Mumbai, and regular store visits.

Candidates must own a fully functional laptop and smartphone.
