Education: Tier One College of Tech like IIT, NIT, BITS or Tier One Colleges of DU or IIMs.

You must stay within 30-45 minutes of Golf Course, Gurugram. Relocation bonus will be awarded to right candidate. Do not apply, if you cannot relocate.

Role Overview The internship.

You work directly with the founder and the Founder's Office as an apprentice operator. Not a coffee-and-decks internship. You will run real pieces of live systems, own small mandates end to end, and sit in rooms interns rarely enter: pipeline reviews, launch planning, hiring conversations. The trade is simple: we give you real responsibility from week one, and you deliver like it matters, because it does.

What you will actually do. Live work, not hypotheticals:

- Enrollment operations. Keep our sales pipeline clean and moving: every family tracked, every follow-up on time, nothing living in anyone's head.



Support the referral programme into our 200 existing families.
- Admissions system. Help run our admission journey day to day: application queues, status updates, WhatsApp and email flows on our Airtable backbone, SLA tracking.
- AI Founder Programme launch. Support Cohort 1 end to end: Founders Session event operations, application funnel, squad logistics.
- Reporting. Maintain the numbers the founder runs the company on: weekly dashboards, ship-logs, progress tracking across teams.
- Partnerships research. Build target lists of schools and institutions, prepare outreach, track every relationship in company systems.

How we measure you, and what earns conversion.

Your internship is pass or fail on outcomes, not attendance. In your first 30 days you will own one system completely. By day 90 you will have shipped work that would not exist without you. Conversion to a full-time Founder's Office role is decided on exactly that evidence, reviewed between month 3 and month 6. We will write your targets down with you in week one, so there is never ambiguity about where you stand.

Who fits.

- Final-year students on a full-time break, recent graduates, or gap-year builders. Tier-1 institute background (IIT, IIM, BITS, top DU or equivalent) or proof of initiative strong enough that pedigree is irrelevant.
- Proactive by default.



You take a task from half a sentence and come back with it done.
- Organised and detail-obsessed. Multiple priorities do not rattle you.
- Comfortable with research, data, tools and fast learning. Interest in entrepreneurship, EdTech or AI is a plus.
- High integrity. We sell trust to parents of teenagers. No version of this company survives cut corners.
- Legally eligible to work in India.
