**Job Summary**

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Insurance Sales Executives to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable insurance products, and achieving monthly sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Generate leads through calls, referrals, and digital sources.

* Explain Health, Life, and Motor Insurance products to customers.

* Convert leads into successful policy sales.

* Build and maintain robust customer relationships.

* Follow up with prospective clients.

* Achieve monthly sales targets.

* Maintain customer records and update CRM.

* Coordinate with the operations team for smooth policy issuance.

**Eligibility**

* Graduate/Undergraduate (Freshers can also apply)





* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Sales experience in Insurance, Banking, BFSI, Telecalling, or Field Sales will be an added advantage.
