We are looking for experienced and dedicated Kitchen & Food Production professionals to join our team at Lilavati Hospital.

Senior Cook

- Prepare and supervise the preparation of various food items as per standard recipes.
- Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, hygiene, and safety standards.

Cook

- Prepare food as per standard recipes and instructions.
- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Assistant Cook

- Assist the Cook and Senior Cook in daily food preparation.
- Perform cutting, cleaning, chopping, and other basic kitchen activities.

Utility

- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and surrounding areas.




- Wash and clean kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas.

Candidate Requirements

- Relevant experience in a hotel, hospital, catering, or institutional kitchen will be preferred.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Valuable teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Candidates with experience in hospital/healthcare food services will be preferred.
