- Develop and manage relationships with leading DMCs, tour operators, wholesalers, and travel agents.
- Drive leisure room bookings and revenue through the travel trade network.
- Identify and onboard new travel partners across Karnataka and South India.
- Maintain regular sales calls, market visits, partner meetings, and product presentations.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and annual rate contracts with travel partners.
- Achieve monthly and annual room night and revenue targets.
- Conduct hotel familiarization (FAM) trips and participate in travel trade events, roadshows, and exhibitions.
- Coordinate with the reservations and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence reports.
- Strengthen relationships with existing partners to increase repeat business and market share.

Essential Requirements
- 47 years of experience in Travel Trade Sales within the hospitality industry.
- Robust experience working in the South India market, particularly Bengaluru/Karnataka.
- Proven experience in selling leisure hotels or resorts.
- Existing network and relationships with major DMCs, tour operators, travel agencies, and travel wholesalers.
- Good understanding of the leisure travel business, seasonal demand patterns, and distribution channels.
- Experience in generating business for resort destinations through the travel trade.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across South India and other key source markets.
