We are looking for an enthusiastic and performance-driven IT Sales Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring talented sales professionals for our IT business across various levels. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines while maintaining a great candidate experience.

Role & responsibilities :

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, social media, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to evaluate communication skills, sales aptitude experience, and technical understanding.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the selection process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates until onboarding.
- Negotiate salary packages within company guidelines.
- Prepare and roll out offer letters in coordination with the HR department.
- Ensure all recruitment documentation is complete before joining.




- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

Required Skills:

- 2-3 years of experience in IT Sales Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Robust experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Hands-on experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and recruitment reporting.
