Role & responsibilities
- Provide support to assigned global clients or global client facing teams for resolving queries, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordination with backend teams.
- Prepare simple BI reports for specific clients as assigned.
- Assign, monitor, validate, and deliver any bugs/issues.
- Conduct testing of new developments or bug fixes for assigned clients.
- Support the going live phase of the assigned implementation project.

- High learnability to quickly grasp new skills and a collaborative approach to work as a team player.
- Good Verbal and written Communication Skills.
- Problem solving skills with high accountability and reliability to resolve customer issues.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
