Role Description The Kitchen Steward & Food & Beverage Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards in kitchen and service areas, while also supporting food and beverage service operations. The role ensures that all kitchen utensils, equipment, and dining areas are clean and well-maintained, and assists in delivering efficient and high-quality customer service in food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in serving food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.




- Set up dining areas, tables, and service stations before and after service.
- Greet and attend to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Take basic food and beverage orders when required.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks from kitchen to service areas.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas.
- Support cashiering or billing processes if assigned.
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and escalate when necessary.
- Follow all service standards and hospitality guidelines.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Prior experience in a hotel, restaurant, café, or catering environment is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and customer service standards preferred.
