Retail & Restaurant Project Manager Pivotal Construction Salary Range: $130,000–$155,000 DOE Position Overview Pivotal Construction is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail & Restaurant Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing commercial retail, QSR, and restaurant construction projects from pre-construction through closeout while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage retail, QSR, and restaurant construction projects from start to finish

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination

Lead communication between clients, architects, engineers, vendors, and field teams

Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and submittals

Coordinate permitting, procurement, inspections, and project closeout

Track project costs, change orders, RFIs, and overall financial performance

Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and project timelines

Collaborate closely with superintendents and field personnel to proactively resolve issues

Conduct regular project meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders





Build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships Qualifications 8+ years of experience in commercial construction project management

Strong experience managing retail, QSR, and restaurant construction projects preferred

Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and scheduling

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

Strong budgeting and cost management experience
