Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A; professional to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with Power BI, data analysis, and operational reporting, supporting strategic decisions and driving performance across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives.
- Perform variance and cost analysis with actionable insights.
- Provide data-backed financial recommendations to business teams.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for management.
- Conduct ad-hoc and operational analysis for projects and planning.
- Track market trends and competitor benchmarks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial and operational goals.

Requirements

- 2– 4 years of experience in FP&A; or corporate finance.
- Strong in Excel, Power BI, and data handling; ERP experience is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a robust focus on accuracy and insights.

Professional background: Must be coming from finance background and not accounting
