About Us

American Ratings India is bringing the A-I-R-S (American Industry Rating Standard) business certification to Indian enterprises a B2B credential that tells the world a company is genuinely operational, compliant, and run by verifiable people.

We're setting up our national headquarters in Andheri, Mumbai, and raising founding capital from a small group of investors ahead of our India launch.

What This Role Is About

We're looking for someone who already has the kind of relationships that take years to build with HNIs, family offices, or CFOs and can open a door with a single phone call. We're not asking you to sell anything. We're asking you to make the right introductions to our leadership team, and let us take it from there.

Purpose of CCDs (Compulsory Convertible Debentures)

- Phase 1 CCD Raise: 5 Crores
- Total CCD Program (All Phases): 30 Crores

If you've spent your career earning trust in wealth management, private banking, or corporate finance circles, and you'd rather work on your own terms than punch a clock, this could be a good fit.

What You'll Do

- Reach out to HNIs, family offices, and business owners in your network who might be interested in getting in early on a fast-growing B2B business
- Introduce genuinely interested contacts to our founding directors for a proper conversation




- Represent our story honestly and clearly no overselling, no exaggeration
- Keep track of your conversations and give us regular updates on where things stand
- Help schedule intro calls between your contacts and our leadership
- Show up at the industry events and CXO circles where these conversations naturally happen

What We're Looking For

- 15+ years in wealth management, private banking, investment banking, or corporate advisory
- A real, existing network of HNIs, family offices, or CFO-level contacts not just LinkedIn connections
- Someone people trust quickly, because you've earned it over time
- Comfortable working independently this is a partner role, not a 9-to-6 job
- Experience introducing HNIs to PMS/AIF products, real estate, or early-stage companies is a strong plus
- Fluent English; Hindi or another regional language helps

Where You're Based Mumbai is ideal, but we're open to solid candidates from Delhi NCR, Bangalore, or other major business hubs.

Compensation

This is a commission-only role you earn a performance-linked payout for every introduction that turns into a completed investor relationship. We'll walk you through the exact structure and payout terms at the time of discussion.
