The role focuses on automating sourcing, procurement, supplier lifecycle, invoice, and accounts payable processes using ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain products.

Key Responsibilities Design and implement ServiceNow S2P solutions.

Configure and customize: Sourcing & Procurement Operations (SPO) Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO/SLP) Accounts Payable Operations (APO) Gather business requirements and convert them into technical solutions. Develop workflows, catalog items, Flow Designer automations, and integrations.

Integrate

ServiceNow with ERP/procurement tools like: SAP Oracle Coupa Ariba Ivalua Create reports, dashboards, and KPIs. Participate in workshops, testing, deployment, and support activities.

Follow





ServiceNow best practices with more focus on configuration than heavy customization.
