Power8 is looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-orientated finance executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Vendor onboarding and registration across client portals

- Creating and managing invoices
- Following up with clients for outstanding payments
- Coordinating with the internal team on billing and documentation
- Maintaining payment trackers and MIS reports
- Assisting with basic finance and administrative operations
- Ensuring timely and accurate documentation of financial records

Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets




- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
