Role & responsibilities

- Visit hospitals, industries, and clients to promote services and secure current orders.

- Understand client requirements/changes and ensure timely, quality service delivery.

- Follow up with clients for payments and collect dues responsibly.

- Deposit payments in banks and maintain accurate records of outstanding debtors.

- Provide prompt service support and resolve client queries effectively.

- Track and verify stock/inventory with clients during visits.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate/Diploma in Marketing, Commerce, or related field.

- 13 years of experience in client servicing, sales, or accounts coordination.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel for debtor tracking.

- Selfmotivated, accountable, and willing to travel for client visits.

- Ability to balance marketing activities with financial followups.
