All Positions Head of Content - YouTube Creative Full time In-Person - Bangalore, India $24,000 - $48,000/year (Y1) We're looking for a Head of Content - YouTube to embed directly with our CEO, Subah Wadhwani, and own the end-to-end video pipeline that delivers a minimum of one high-quality YouTube video per week. This is not a traditional cinematography gig. You'll be equal parts filmmaker, creative director, and project manager — responsible for capturing raw footage, shaping the narrative, and driving the post-production team to deliver polished content on a weekly cadence.

You'll operate as the creative backbone of Subah's personal brand content, working across lifestyle vlogs, founder journey narratives, business breakdowns, and cinematic storytelling. Filming & Content Capture Be available to film Subah across Bangalore — meetings, co-working sessions, events, travel, day-in-the-life moments, and planned shoots

Capture high-quality A-roll and B-roll footage

Operate as a one-person crew

Build a running content library of reusable B-roll

Adapt shooting style to match the video format — cinematic for narrative pieces,



handheld/vlog-style for day-in-the-life, sit-down for business breakdowns Narrative Direction & Story Cut Own the narrative cut: review all raw footage and determine which content goes into each video, structuring a compelling story arc

Create detailed edit briefs for editors

Develop a content calendar in collaboration with Subah to plan video themes, shooting schedules, and release dates

Identify and pitch video concepts proactively — don't wait for direction, bring ideas to the table

Ensure every video has a clear hook, narrative throughline, and strong ending Post-Production Coordination Manage and coordinate with the editing team: assign edits, review cuts, give feedback, and approve final versions

Work with thumbnail designers

Coordinate with motion designers
