This is a field-based role where you'll visit schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and student communities to build awareness, generate leads, and drive enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit 12th-grade schools, junior colleges, coaching centres, and educational institutions.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with school management, principals, counsellors, and institution stakeholders.
- Conduct seminars, career guidance sessions, workshops, and on-ground promotional activities.
- Generate quality leads and support students throughout the enrollment process.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and admission targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile




- Candidates with EdTech Sales experience will be given preference.
- Experience in Inside Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
- Experience in School Sales, Institutional Sales, or Education Sales is highly preferred.
- 1–5 years of relevant sales or marketing experience.
- Excellent communication skills in the local language with basic English.
- Passion for education, student engagement, and achieving sales targets.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel (travel expenses will be reimbursed).
- Must own a 2-wheeler, laptop, and possess a valid Driving License.
