Role: We’re looking for a Senior Field Marketing leader to own everything that happens on the ground - trade shows, third-party events, WizCommerce-owned events, and live activations - and turn those moments into real pipeline, real relationships, and real brand pull. Field marketing is a core growth lever for WizCommerce.



Our buyers still build trust and make decisions in person, and this role owns that entire surface area end-to-end. This is not a coordination role. This is an ownership role.

Responsibilities:

1. Trade Shows & Third-Party Events

- Own WizCommerce’s presence across major US trade shows & industry events

- End-to-end responsibility of event selection, ROI modeling, booth strategy, pre-event demand gen, in office execution, & post-event pipeline tracking

- Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Leadership to align field activity with GTM priorities

2. Self-Owned Event Properties

- Create and scale WizCommerce-owned event formats such as community meetups, executive roundtables, industry workshops, and city-level dinners

- Build repeatable, scalable properties focused on community activation and pipeline generation

3. Live & Experiential Marketing

- Run live, in-person, and hybrid events that feel thoughtful and differentiated

- Experiment with formats beyond booths including private demos and invite-only sessions

- Ensure all experiences are premium and on-brand

4. Tracking, Attribution & Automation

- Own tracking, attribution, and reporting for all field and BTL activities

- Set up workflows for lead capture, CRM syncing, sales follow-ups, and reporting

- Continuously optimize for pipeline quality and ROI

What We’re Looking For

- 8+ years of overall B2B marketing experience

- 5+ years owning field marketing or events at top-tier B2B companies

- Experience supporting sales-led GTM motions

- Bonus: experience in vertical SaaS or high-growth B2B SaaS companies

Skills & Mindset

- Proven end-to-end ownership of field programs

- Strong operational and execution focus

- Comfortable with frequent travel and on-ground execution

- Pipeline-first mindset

- Strong collaboration with Sales without being order-taking

Role location: Bengaluru (with frequent travel to the US)
