Unlike traditional internships, our fellowship provides structured learning, mentorship, meaningful project ownership, and a learning allowance while you develop practical skills. Program Options 6-Month Fellowship (Full-Time)

Ideal for: Recent graduates & Current students with college approval for full time participation

Commitment: Tuesday to Saturday work from office to approximately 40 hours per week

12-Month Fellowship (Part-Time)

Ideal for:



Current students graduating in 2028 or later

Commitment: Saturday plus one additional weekday work from office and total 30 hours per week
