Experience Requirements Minimum one year of related experience required. Automotive repair knowledge preferred

Estimate writing (in person or from photo-based inspections)

Basic nomenclature knowledge

Prior body shop experience and/or ICAR certifications/classes

Experience writing estimates using industry-standard platforms (CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex, etc.)

Familiarity with total loss knowledge and standard platforms for evaluation writing (CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex, etc.)

Strong time management and organizational skills

Analytical thinking

Strong attention to detail

Adaptability to changing processes and technology
