Process: Inbound & Outbound - Voice Process

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain insurance products and their advantages.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and follow company guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers Only
- HSC Pass / Graduate
- Good Hindi Communication Skills
- Immediate Joiners Preferred

Salary & Benefits

- 14,000 Take-Home

Shift Details

- Day Shift: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off
