Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage store operations, Sales. inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Oversee cash handling, sales performance, and customer service to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume and improve profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-6 years of experience in retail sales or related field preferably from home , furniture field
- Diploma holder in Any Specialization; solid computer knowledge required.
- Proven track record of excellent communication skills for sales, effective team handling and customer interaction.
