- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets in the field.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products.
- Conduct product demonstrations, provide training sessions, and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in field sales or related role within the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently over time.
- Solid understanding of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
