You''ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and processes. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (such as manufacturing, quality, and customer teams), support non-conformance resolution using problem-solving methodologies, and much more.

Youll specifically take care of managing internal NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and qualifying manufacturing teams in self-inspection, but also perform workstation audits and participate in customer inspections.

Responsibilities

- Supporting the Product Industrial Quality (PIQ) team within your scope
- Managing and closing NCRs using problem-solving methodologies like QRQC
- Participating in customer inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Qualifying manufacturing teams for self-inspection processes
- Managing and maintaining workstation dynamic checklists
- Performing or participating in product inspections when required
- Conducting workstation audits and follow-ups

- Engineering degree B.Tech/BE (Electrical) from a recognized university
- IT literacy, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and software uploading/downloading
