Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid technical expertise in CE modules, solution architecture, integrations, and emerging AI capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE implementations and enhancements.
- Design scalable and secure CRM solutions using Microsoft Business Applications.
- Drive technical discussions with stakeholders and business teams.
- Provide leadership to development teams and ensure delivery excellence.
- Participate in solutioning, client presentations, and pre-sales activities.
- Implement AI-driven solutions leveraging Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and Agentic AI capabilities.




- Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with external applications and enterprise systems.
