Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of concrete admixture products within the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities with RMC plants, contractors, builders, developers, infrastructure companies, and precast manufacturers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, civil engineers, project managers, contractors, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers.
- Coordinate with the technical services team to provide on-site support, product trials, and customer training.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new project opportunities.
- Ensure timely order processing, payment collections, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and periodic MIS for management review.




- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to execute promotional activities and product launches.
- Expand market penetration and increase product adoption across key customer segments.

Candidate Profile
-
Graduate in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, or any relevant discipline. An MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
- 58 years of sales experience in the Construction Chemicals industry.
- Hands-on experience in selling Concrete Admixtures or related construction chemical products.
- Strong understanding of concrete technology, admixture applications, and construction practices.
- Established network with RMC plants, contractors, builders, infrastructure companies, consultants, and developers in Delhi NCR.
