Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions and enhance the buying experience for
our mattress and sleep products. You will assist customers in choosing the right products, handle inquiries, and ensure post-sales satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting the right mattress and sleep products based on comfort, health, and budget
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-store interactions
- Educate customers about product features, materials, warranty, and perks
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams for timely order fulfillment
- Handle complaints, returns, and service requests professionally
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
- Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat purchases and referrals
- Support promotional campaigns and in-store / online sales activities

Additional Responsibilities:

- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities (pillows, accessories, beds).




- Collect customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Follow up post-purchase to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in running promotional campaigns, demos, or seasonal sales.
- Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams to improve customer experience

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in any field (Sales/Marketing preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, retail, or sales (furniture/home products preferred).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
