Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide expert advice on luxury watches and jewelry products to customers, ensuring they find the perfect match for their needs.
- Manage counter sales, showroom sales, and front line sales activities to meet targets and achieve revenue goals.
- Supervise store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service standards.
- Develop robust relationships with clients through personalized consultations and exceptional after-sales service.
Job Requirements :
- 1-9 years of experience in retail or related field (jewelry industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of luxury watches and jewelry brands, trends, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and relationship-building.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
