Lead the end-to-end implementation of Farvision ERP across the organization. Coordinate with the ERP vendor, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Prepare project plans, implementation schedules, and milestones.

Ensure timely completion of implementation activities within the defined timeline. Track project progress and provide regular status updates to management. Manage ERP change requests and enhancements. Study and document existing business processes.

Map business requirements with Farvision ERP functionalities. Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities. Standardize workflows across departments. Ensure ERP implementation aligns with organizational policies and procedures.

- MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT Collect, validate, and migrate master data into the ERP system. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. Coordinate with departments for data verification. Maintain employee, vendor, customer, project, and financial master data. SYSTEM TESTING &
- USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING (UAT) Prepare test scenarios and test cases. Perform functional and integration testing.

Conduct User Acceptance

Testing (UAT). Identify system issues and coordinate with the vendor for resolution. Ensure the system is fully operational before Go-Live. USER TRAINING &
- CHANGE MANAGEMENT Conduct ERP training sessions for employees. Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and training documents. Support users during ERP implementation and post Go-Live. Promote ERP adoption across departments. Assist employees in resolving day-to-day ERP-related issues.

ERP SUPPORT & TROUBLESHOOTING Provide first-level support to ERP users. Resolve functional and system-related issues. Coordinate with the ERP vendor for bug fixes and enhancements. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.

Maintain issue logs and resolution records. REPORTING & MIS Develop MIS reports and dashboards. Generate HR, Finance, Projects, CRM, and Management reports. Ensure timely submission of periodic reports.





Assist management in decision-making through analytical reports. COMPLIANCE & DOCUMENTATION Maintain ERP implementation documentation.

Prepare Standard Operating

Procedures (SOPs). Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Maintain project documentation, user manuals, and system records. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT Identify opportunities for system enhancements. Recommend recent ERP features and process automation. Coordinate system upgrades and version updates. Support digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

Preferred candidate profile

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, HR, Commerce, or a related discipline.

EXPERIENCE 510 years of experience in ERP implementation and support. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Farvision ERP.

Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or Property Development companies is preferred.

Experience in full ERP implementation lifecycle, including Go-Live and post-implementation support. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS) Successful ERP implementation within project timelines. User adoption rate across departments.

Reduction in manual processes. ERP system uptime and stability. Resolution of user issues within SLA. Accuracy of master data. Timely completion of ERP enhancements. User satisfaction and training effectiveness.
