:

- Manage Ocean Export end-to-end operations.
- Planning , Booking , Transportation and Documentation of Ocean Export Shipments
- Coordination and follow up of the shipment s end-to-end
- Customs Clearance coordination for Ocean Export shipments
- Transport Coordination for Ocean Export shipments




- Bill of Lading documentation
- Invoicing and Costing
- Updating to the customer (internal and external reporting of the shipments to the customer) by various means (mail, phone, EDI)
- Operational troubleshooting
- Non-conformance reporting in accordance with the KPI’s
- Adherence of approved subcontractors in accordance with agreed rates
- Closely coordinate with various stakeholders such as but not limited to PSA BDP external (Network offices, Agents, suppliers and Ports) and internal (Sales, Customer Service, Finance and Customs departments)
- Punctual and flawless shipment handling and documentation

Job Requirements

Experience And Qualifications

- 3 years of demonstrated experience of freight forwarding operations, regulations and documentation
- A professional degree by a licensed educational institution
- High standard of computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications and relevant transport management applications.
