Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Lead Generator to support our B2B sales initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating potential business leads through research, outreach, and communication with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate qualified leads through various channels such as online research, databases, and networking.

- Initiate contact with potential clients via calls, emails, and other communication platforms.

- Understand client requirements and align them with business offerings.

- Maintain and update lead databases and track interactions.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

- Follow up with prospects to nurture and qualify leads.

- BPO sector





- Companies similar to Shivami

- Insurance industry (strictly B2B sales exposure; no B2C profiles)

Key Skills Required

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities

- Basic understanding of B2B sales processes

- Good research and analytical skills

- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace

- Proficiency in MS Office and basic tools

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to build a career in sales

- Candidates with internship or exposure to B2B lead generation will be an added advantage

- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented
