Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage IT Infrastructure and Support Operations.
- Handle troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, operating systems, email systems, printers, and network-related issues.
- Manage Windows Servers, Active Directory, Domain Controllers (DC/ADC), File Servers, and user permissions.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and network connectivity.
- Monitor server health, network performance, backups, and security compliance.
- Manage IT assets, software installations, upgrades, and infrastructure deployments.
- Act as an escalation point for critical technical incidents and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain incident logs, documentation, and service records.
- Coordinate with vendors and external service providers for infrastructure support and procurement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT Engineers and Support Executives.
- Monitor team performance, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and technical knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Support infrastructure upgrades, technology enhancement projects, and process improvement initiatives.





Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Servers, and Networking.
- Prior experience in handling and managing IT Support or Infrastructure teams.
- Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to work in Night Shift (US Shift).
