Position Title: Full Stack Software Engineer

Role Summary

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience building modern web applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and JavaScript. In this role, you will contribute across the stack, from intuitive, responsive front-end interfaces to scalable, performant back-end services.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and JavaScript.
- Implement responsive, accessible, and reusable UI components and front-end features.
- Build and maintain RESTful (or GraphQL) APIs and back-end services, including integration with databases and third-party services.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to refine requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
- Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to maintain code quality.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production and development issues across the stack.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tooling, and application architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 35 years of professional experience as a Full Stack, Frontend, or Backend Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)



and TypeScript in production environments.
- Hands-on experience building SPAs with React (hooks, state management, routing, component composition).
- Solid experience with Node.js for building APIs, services, or back-end logic.
- Understanding of web fundamentals: HTML5, CSS3, DOM, browser behavior, and HTTP.
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data flows.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git and standard branching workflows.
- Basic understanding of testing practices (unit, integration, or end-to-end) and debugging tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in an agile, collaborative environment.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have (Preferred)

- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Recoil) or React Query.
- Exposure to Node.js frameworks (e.g., Express, NestJS, Koa).
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and basic DevOps practices.
- Experience with UI component libraries or design systems (e.g., Material UI, Chakra UI, Tailwind CSS).
- Knowledge of performance optimization, security best practices, and accessibility (a11y) for web applications.
